St Edmund’s & St Clare’s Combined Band Program

The College offers all the benefits of music education in a cost effective way to many young people through the Band Program.

Students in the band are taught in a team environment. This helps develop leadership, initiative and co-operation.

The Combined Colleges Band program has been running for well over 25 years and amongst its alumni are musicians of world renown and adults successful in a wide range of careers. More importantly here in the band program students have made lifelong friendships while striving for excellence in what they love doing.

  • Music is a more potent instrument than any other for education”. Plato
  • Music is academic
  • Music is physical
  • Music is emotional
  • Music is for life.
