To assist in achieving the aims of the College, it is the policy that all boys take part in co-curricular activities of the school. Involvement in co-curricular activities has always been a strong tradition at St Edmund's College Canberra. These activities are designed to complement the religious and academic development of the students. They contribute to a feeling of identity, belongingness and happiness for the students. They provide another opportunity for contact between staff and students, an area of common interest and this frequently improves the rapport in the classroom. A sense of pride and tradition is built through these activities.
Co-Curricular also offers opportunites for volunteering at the College, all College Volunteers must have a valid Working with Vulnerable People WWVP before commencing any volunteer role.
