Enrolments

With a history spanning more than 50 years, St Edmund's College has educated generations of young men.  Our focus is on ways to promote learning, leadership and service opportunities for our students.  We have produced a culture where, whatever a student's ability, if he achieves, we as the College community, recognise, respect and applaud his efforts.  We expect the boys to always strive toward their personal best in both their academic and co-curricular activities.

We are immensely proud of our school.  We have a strong tradition of pastoral care and community involvement.  It is a very special place with a friendly, happy, lively character. Please do come and have a look for yourself - you will be most welcome.

For more information please contact Christine Carey, Registrar on (02) 6239 0660.

FEES

The College endeavours to keep its fees at a level within the reach of all parents.

It is the policy in Christian Brothers' Schools that no boy is excluded because of the inability of his parents to pay the fees.

Fee reductions where there are two or more brothers from one family in the College are as follows:

  • Youngest boy full fees
  • Second youngest 20% off his fees
  • Third youngest 50% off his fees
  • Fourth or more no fees charged

Accounts are sent out four times per year.

Composite Fees:  A composite fee is charged and itemised on the account. It covers items which are compulsory for the whole school or for all boys in a particular year. It is spread over the four accounts to assist parents in budgeting for the year.

Building Fund:  Each family is asked to make a voluntary contribution each billing to this fund to assist with repayment of loans for existing facilities, maintenance of these and provision of new facilities.

Contributions to this fund are tax deductible.

Further information regarding enrolments and fees are available from the College Registrar.
